as a neutral supporter wanting the scousers to lose it was a fantastic game. west ham were possibly just the marginally better team.

West Ham deserved it, they were so unlucky. Like uproar said, that's football for you though! Happy Liverpool won but they were easily second best.

carragher scoring an own goal happens once in a blue moon, and even less common is konchesky scoring at all, let alone from a cross. In what way were the hammers unlucky? Liverpool got 3 stunning goals and reina showed the best and worst of his game. I think it was a quality game of football, penalties was fitting cos neither team deserved to lose. Let's just hope Wednesday's game is as good!!

Liverpool just performed well below par. Simple.
West Ham got lucky goals but deserved them due to the way they played, and if Liverpool didn't have Gerrard well, they would be f***ed!

probably one of the top 5 games ive ever seen, westham didnt deserve to win any more than liverpool except for the fact they were the underdogs, wish hammers would of won though, anyways united will be having that one back next year

stood in a local pub i have never been in before, surrounded by fellow Reds fans, and one West Ham Fan... The last penalty was saved, and i couldn't see the TV for blokes throwing their bodies around in joy

i thought we had lost, because i was at work until half 4, and i thought they played at from 1-3pm. My mate was texting me the goals through, and he stopped at West Ham 2-1 Liverpool.
i went past a local pub after work and heard "you dirty cheating Scouser bastard" and thought to myself, 'ah, they're still playing then!' lol
damn good game though, West Ham were unlucky.
