does anyone know of a free and SIMPLE internet radio station i could setup?
nothing fancy u just want to be able to do a live mix for a few mates

Run a shoutcast server on your own PC. Number of connections depends on your bandwidth. 128kbps mp3 takes up about 16k/s so a 512 broadband connection would get you about 32 "slots"
All the info is over at http://www.shoutcast.com
You'll need the server and the winamp plugin. If you haven't got a static IP address you will also need to set up some sort of dynIP style thingy so people can find your PC.

ive just tried to install it and its went right over my head with a load of gibberish.
