Seems like i have been workin a bit2 hard and a few 2many hours.
As some ppl might remember frm the 'What's Your Job' topic, i have 2 jobs (used to be 3).
An average week consists of me workin 8:30- 4:30 mon-fri @my day job, then 5-11 four evenin's a week @my nte job, plus one shift every other weekend. and when not workin i'm either Gymin' it or out drinkin/partying.
I'm not obligated 2do this obviously, i just like to keep myself busy
But after going to my Dr.'s 2day it seems my hectic lifestyle has finaly caught me up nd bit me on the arse. Ave been signed off for the rest ov the week wiv Exhaustion (or however it's spelt)
Going to use this time to reflect and think about what i should really concentrate on doin' wiv me life, and obviously ave a good sesh on the dex!!!
Anyone else understand where i am comin' from!?

Yup, Know the feeling exactly.
I go to college 3 times a week, 09.00-17.30
I work at my job on Saturday and Sunday and Tuesday and sometimes thursday night.
And i have a work placement on Wednesday. So sometimes i dont have a day off for a month!
doesnt sound too hectic, but i have to leave the house in the mornings at 07.45 to catch a bus at 08.10 to get to college for 09.00. and then at night i have to wait for an hour to catch a long bus only then to get off and walk another 20 mins home!!!!!
so when i get home, i have time to make some dinner, eat it, bath and then i cant go out! i have to stay in and just mong and sleep.
No one quite knew what happened to me, but i was pretty damn knackered. and i was signed off work and college due to illness. But its bad, because when like now, i had easter off. They didnt need me in work, and ive done **** all but sleep!!!!

I know the feeling only too well!
I work my day job (on average) 8am - 5.30pm. I also do a few hours a week doing personal tutoring, the amount varies week to week. When I get home I am writing up my thesis plus still doing some of the work towards it. On top of that *sigh* I do the odd web design job, run IntenseRadio.co.uk and various other odds and sods. Right now it feels like exhaustion is just around the corner, but I find if I try and eat healthily, don't drink too much etc and try and take at least some time out to unwind and most importantly keep a positive attitude I'm getting through it. Looking forward to getting my thesis out of the way though!

Aigh, thats a good point Mr. Underloop, working hard for that amount of hours means when i get to go out i feel as though i'm obliged to get 'HAMMERED' because of how hard i have worked.
This is Wrong!
It drops my expected energy for the next day down to half and then i am left with even less energy for the workin week which starts all over again, oh too soon!!
And the point about eating healthy, is absaloutley spot on! It is a nesesscity to eat healthily but a pain in the ass when junk foods are so more accessable/convenient like!
Respect to you bud sounds like you're a busy man, u nd all em jay(busy young woman, not man ) , Geez where would this country be without all the hard workin citizens of this Happy Hardcore Forum!
