this is what you do....i learnt it in boxing...first you stand up..legs apart slightly and do circular outwards movements with each knee/leg to warm up the legs...do each leg a few times.ok
then for the arms you box twice with your right arm and twice with your left arm then one upper cut with your right arm again...do each arm a few times.ok
then bow to your own god with hands in a praying form.ok
