By the way this is not another problem involving copied hardcore albums. I purchased Bonkers 13 over a couple of weeks ago and paid instantly with paypal. However since then I have not received the CD, and no e-mail from the seller, even though I have e-mailed him.
I have got hold of his phone number through ebay but I'm gonna wait a few more days before I ring him, to see if anything happens.
Anyway I was just asking if anyone has had a similar problem with paying for goods and then not receiving them, and how you resolved the situation

sometimes people are just really slow mate, keep in contact with ebay and you should be refunded if you dont recieve the cd

Use the boards on e-bay you will find all the info you need on there.
If you do have to try and get a refund from paypal due to not recieving the goods dont expect all your money back.
Some people are just slow before you do anything else make sure you keep trying to contact the seller.

Be patient.....as the others say, some people are really slow. I've waited a month for an item before.
Resolutions don't always work either, I've tried twice and received nothing both times.

Well I got an e-mail today, the seller apparently sold it to someone else. How he managed that I do not know. Anyways he said he would pay me back so hopefully this is going to be resolved, without Bonkers 13 however.
Well I'll just wait a month and buy Hardcore Heaven 3 with part of the money I'll receive becauseit should be a better album IMO
