NLT spent most of his adolescence rocking out to Euro, Freestyle and hair bands, so falling for Hardcore was some kind of weird destiny for him. Soon after attending his first rave on Halloween in 1998, He unknowingly stumbled upon the music that would become his life. The high bpm beats, uplifting synths and cheesy vocals of Hardcore quickly took over his musical life. The sound of songs like "Time", "Shooting Star" and "Set Free" sucked him in. The obsession set in quickly. After downloading massive numbers of Spree and Cloudskipper sets and buying tons of Paulina Taylor mixtapes, he realized that this music (and soon DJ'ing) was his calling. In late 1999, NLT learned how to spin on a friend's decks, and quickly started buying records. Once he bought his decks, "No Left Turn" was born and it's been all downhill from there. The rest is history.
