Which computer/ PS2/ Game Cube/ X-box game has the best music?
Tomb Raider 7 (Legend) is out this year and is bringing back the original music from the first game whcih came out in , yes thats right, 1996!
The Sims 2 has some great 'House Music' in the Night Life expansion pack
Whats your favorate game music. As from now on I declare such music to become, yes thats right- Game-core!

Has to be a sega game.
My vote has to go to one of these Space harrier, rez, Jet set (grind) radio or any of the music in sonic 2.

I still love the music for Quake 3. Ut2004 has awesome music, but not as good.

lol the music on that game is great. I would never listen to it other than in the game but it suits the game so well.

yea on all the resident evils they wouldn't be as scarerier without the music even the movie the way it makes you jump when shit pop out on you it's mint.

There's no good music in games recently in my opinion. Some of my favorite video game soundtracks stem from NES and SNES days. That would include Miyamo Shant who did the music for The Guardian Legend and Dave Wise who was the amazing artist for the games Donkey Kong Country and it's sequel.

There was some game for the SNES, i think it was called Bio-Metal, that was shit hot at the time because it had 2-Unlimited doing the sound track for it.
XBOX 360 has the best tunes coz you can select your own tunes from the harddrive to play

At the time I thought that Tony Hawk's 2 on the PS1 had shit hot music. Now I would probably think it's just shit lol. Burnout games tend to have good soundtracks too.

wipeout series
hitman series (they put any game to shame over creating atmosphere within a game, really gets my heart pounding when i'm hiding in the shadows from guards and the orchestra is blairing)
GTA series
UT2004 has some good stuff, most is like electronic mixed with orchestra although i have a fair few that came with other mods and stuff that are D&B. if you don't like it you can put any song it you want, just convert it to .ogg
