i've got the perfect cure for everything. its called riding :) just gota mod it a little to the injury/sickness ya got. for example, when i fractured my tailbone, felt uber buggered out, just threw the cushion on the seat and went away! .... high impact cushions my ass....

IM BAAAAAAACK! from wat feels like a lifetime in bed, my cold turned out to b tonsilitus and i cudnt eat so iv lost a stone so i look like a zombie now....not too worry nothing a few bars of chocie wil fix he he! hopw you guys are feeling better now too and watch out for scaffold poles! hee he im only joking!! xxx
