You got to remember most of these people are noobs, they don't know what they are doing... We want to basically educate them so they understand what the rules are and then they can become a "regular" member of the site. If we just ban people straight up they leave (and never learn) and never come a member of the site.
You gotta give peope a chance sometimes :) Plus I don't want to run the site were people fear their topics always being locked or flamed.
