More and more I see people on here using "u", "wot", "r", etc.
Crazy people, type right it is really not that hard. I think it is more of a pain to type like that than normal.

could you imagine hearing them talk in person if they spoke like that? I am a text message nut on my cell phone, just ask my friends, i'd rather text than talk sometimes. But, I use the predictive text feature on my cell phone meaning that it uses perfect grammar and spelling. If my cell phone is made by the same people that make the cell phones that the rest of the world uses, then i'm sure they have the same feature, and it takes no effort to use, plus it doesn't make you look like a three year old.

^^^ People use that way to talk in text messages not because they're lazy or stupid, but because you can fit much more of what you want to say within one text. Thus saving you money.
I've no idea why people talk in this way on the internet though. I guess that text talk is taking over a little.

it is evolution of a language. just like a thousand years ago if you spoke like we do now to people we'd be laughed at. well actually we'd probably be accused of being in league with the devil and hung. the english language is always evolving. it originated from drawing in influences from french, greek, latin, anglo-saxon. it is just another stepping stone.
don't get me wrong i don't think they're pioneers or anything, i think they're still retarded as if they tried to type properly they wouldn't be able to spell, pronunciate or use correct grammar
