I want: HARDCORE 4 EVA (one under the other)
In BIG letters with a green glow in dark border around the letters!

If you feel like exercising your right to act feminine you could sew materials on ; ). If your not feeling brave enough to try that then its the old permanent markers or paint but don't know where you'd get them in UV... must be somewhere though.

Make you're own stencil by simply printing out your slogan on a normal A4 bit of paper, with the font that you like then just cut out the letters (nail scissors are probably best as some cutting-out may be quite fine).
Seletape the stencil to the area you want the writing then use some UV paints from http://www.glowshop.com/
