Ok, so i was having a go at bcn style before, (although i've only got 2 decks so its not proper bcn but what i mean is playing melodies with a bass over).

I was playin a quosh tune with a speeded up hardstyle bass but what always seems to happen is the hardstyle tune breaks down (the beats stop) and that just leaves the quosh playin (which sounds a bit weak after the hardstyle) so then what do you do? Do you start the hardstyle tune from the start again?

Sorry if that makes absolutely no sense

But if it does hopefully sum1 can help.........

I have the same problem mate the real answer is bcn cant be done on 2 decks, just mix the hardstyle tune into the quosh as normal and it's still a laff and good practice. But the only way to get the constant mixing sound is the 3rd deck.

May interest you dave mate while back up the road for new year i got another nicky modlin tape with no mc's from 98.

Got a lotta the same tunes as one you gave me but a lot different aswell, pm me your adress i'll send you a copy up. Oh aye and i'm now awaiting simple love plus a few more from the guy you told me about, never seen a collection like that in my life , must have nearly every hardcore tune ever made.
