We have the same law, have had always. You cant play any copys (without first licensing the copy, which isnt free). Intresting thing with bought mp3's is, that when you bought the track, is your HD the original media?

Is this not just the same thing as when you get a 12" and it says on the label "...unauthorized public performance prohibited"? i.e. a complete load of nonsense?

this only applies, to what i have read, to record labels listed in the PPL list, which dont think many hardcore labels are
