For 7 days you haven't smoked, i would hardly say that you have completely give up smoking, because that's only one week and what's to say you wont go out next week, get smashed and and have another one

I havnt smoked for 7 days. which i think is good going for someone who hasnt gone a day in 5 years without one!
Which leads me to think i am giving up.... not quit.... just stopping, hey i am going out this weekend, **** it if i smoke then! at least i aint doing it 24/7 when sober! Thanks for the encouragement.

Babe, i know how much you smoked and congrats, that is a bloody good effort! I've not had a cigarette myself since new year's eve. Only 9 days but what i say to any one that says thats not long is; you gotta start somewhere and for a proper smoker any break in their regular smoking routine is something to be applauded so good on ya, and don't worry about what anyone thinks, i know what its like, i'm on your side!

congrats on giving up smoking, i am so glad i did early when i started (only a few months into smoking) and i still get cravings sometimes nowadays it is really wierd how something can get a hold of you so badly, it was like 2-3 years ago i gave up. stay strong

girls know exactly how to exploit their boobs to get out they want, nothing personal emmy but i would imagine your boobs are fairly standard and so are most other people's but the thing is you know how to use them and make them look great and it aint fair!
before a big debate starts about how girls might just wear small tops because they like them and not to attract people, well that's fairenough, im just making the point that when they want to they know exactly how to get their way round us men, not complaining just saying that its a fact.
