Post here all the things that went wrong in 2005!
The two things that come into my mind are the loss of England to Pakistan in cricket and of course the infamous Channel 4 show 'Space Cadets.'

World: War, and accidents such as the oil explosion and natural disasters like the hurricanes and the tsunami, i forget if that was in 2004 or 2005. Heard about it new years day. So not a terribly good year for the world. :(
Personal: My acting carrer hasn't been fantastic, built up some drama skill but no mayjor productions. And my 3 day (weekend) relationship last week. Other than that... It's all good! :)
