How is it possible to get the avatar under your name to move if it's original picture shows it moving?

it may be that the gif your trying to upload is too big, in which case it converts it to stationary jpg/gif... i think thats how it works isnt it?

^^ Animated gif is just basicly bunch of pictures being showed in a loop. Personally i make gif's by taking screen captures of movies and the like, e.g. like that (an avatar i made to be used on this site a year back, but never used it) ->



Anyway, i use Animation Shop to make them, which comes with Paint Shop Pro.
