is there any united supporters in this forum????
i was absolutely fumin after the defeat last night and my foolish girlfriend that she is rang me up straight after laughin (she felt the brunt of my force then hung up crying lol)
although benfica have only lost 4 times in the last 20 years at home in the champions league i feel there are no excuses, is it time to give ferguson the boot? or is that wrong considering the amazing job he's done. I feel the upshot of it is the glazer's who are absolutely destryoing my club.

Man u fan ere m8 since 83, was gutted last night realy thought we would do it b4 the match :/ but yet again this season united insisted on playin long ball game and showed little to no imagination. United time may have passed unless they get back to playin football week in week out and let there talents show
Not sure if blame can be layed all on fergie his assistant concerns me mre tbh to many things have changed in uniteds way of playing in his 2 spells at the club to much influance not enough talent imo.

Agreed Glaziers buyin club was not good but they must be given time not just h8ed for the sake of it. This early European exit will be good test come close season will they back the club and do wht is needed or will they just balance the books. Just hope they caught the football bug and do it for the love of the game and club.

Im not a Man U fan.
I think its a little bit early to say that the glazer's are destroying your club.
The problems you have and will have (from what i can see) are due to an ageing squad(Gary Neville, Scholles, Giggs all will be gone soon) and poor replacements brought in by Fergie. I feel that some of the signings made have made your squad worse rather than better (surely it should be the other way).
If the players he wanted were not avaliable or wouldnt sign then i could understand bringing in a leeser player as cover if really necessary but it has happend to many times imo.

We shouldn’t of had to win that game to qualify, we should of been through like the likes of barca and i h8 to say it and Arsenal! The group we got given i dont think any one doubted us not gettin through!
As on fergi, i dont blame him n i also dont like the coach Queiros! he is ***** our team up!
The day the Glazers even took a look at united i was wiv all the protesters around old trafford and even in the centre of mancheter in the nike n vodaphone shops gettin our point over, i fookin h8 the ugly git!!

It all went downhill after Schmichael left. And now with players like O'Shea and Fletcher in the team, they are all a bag of bellends i mean come on United, the North West expects!

it times for fergie to go, he WAS one of the greatest manager but now it is getting embarassing. he just isn't the same as he was 6+ years ago when he was never in his dugout, always on touchline commanding his troops. seeing him sat their last night, dejected like he had given up was just proof.
ohhh and another point, glazer's haven't done anything yet (positive or negative) so don't go blaming them for anything. stop looking for a scapegoat because you don't want to blame ferguson because he is your messiah. your team has been poor for a few years since they showed interest (nothing last season and just the piddly FA cup the season before) and on the looks of things i'll bet you'll have another trophyless season this year the way you're playing

Agreed. Show pony and not a very good one at that.
In his first season he looked good. Firstly because he was new to the league and he looked as if he had the potential to improve his game and became a very good player. His game has not improved his use of the ball is still wastefull to often.

I was gutted to the high heavens when we lost last night.
United didn't play with any effort or emotion last night and I think thats the reason we lost.
