The labels are giving a "blind eye" to mixes, because they are for promotional use. This does not meet that criterion.

It would be cool, but apparently I'm ripping people off by posting a set that you can't buy anymore, a set which also contains tracks that you can't buy anymore, recorded over ten years ago.

happyhardcore.com doesn't make the law, and the recordings aren't old enough to be excluded from current copyright legislation in 99% of countries in the world. hhc.com is an incredibly influential site, and as such is watched by many influential eyes..... any breech of their radio licence could see it revoked, and I for one know how much the RIAA are clamping down on net stations at the moment (they're being absolute sods! lol). No matter what you, me or Barbara Streissand's pet chihuaha think, the law is the law :-)
