How do you get on a label?
and do you know any labels that are looking for producers?

bust ass making tracks that are innovative and fresh, ship them out to labels that may fit your style and follow up with it. Rinse and Repeat
Also, if that doesn't work, you could make your own label to release your work on. That would give you freedom to release styles that may not get heard often in the mainstream.

In hardcore, labels don't really sign producers exclusively. They sign tracks.
You're best bet is making a demo CD and sending it to the labels.
