What I meant was (going by the last gen) the PS3 will have the games that have better gameplay. (DarrenJ)
You are quite right Bulby_g... most of Rare's staff left after working on Goldeneye & Perfect Dark to form Free Radical Design. IMO it was a good move as since Microsoft bought Rare most of Rare's output has been nowhere near as good.
The first levels of TimeSplitters 2 & TimeSplitters Future Perfect are a homage, from the programmers at least, to Goldeneye.

If your going for gameplay ps3 is good  , with grand theft auto 4 and all, but have you looked at nintendo, there going for a completly different gaming experience all round, nintendo are only focusing on gameplay. As the president of nintendo said, for high quality graphix you need EXPENSIVE high quality gadgets, therefore making the purchase of the console very expensive, if they focus on gameplay rather than graphix WHILE keeping the Wii purtchase price under $500 (Australian dollars, im guiessing thats around 300 pound) bah MOST people will beable to afford the Wii, whereas ps3 is going to be selling at a whopping $1000 (Australian dollars) all because they want the high tech blu-ray disks and watnot 600 pentium 4's or something like that. I am going to get ps3, BUT only when prices fall.

now that the Xbox and Wii are mine, i can start forming decisions on whats better.
gameplay:: Defenetly Nintendo Wii
Visual :: Defenately the Xbox 360
The nintendo is just soo fun.
screw goin to the bowling alley again, just play it on the Wii, its like your'e really there.

Love rayman rabbid's, quite fun
love the "bunnies cant dance" mini game, hard dance song I played at my mates i enjoyed, "bunnies like to go crazy" or something like that
got on launch day:
Wii + GT pro2 free
Zelda
won on saturday: wiimote (at a lan)
Saw Far cry vengence the other day, despite them claiming it comes out in a week. but didnt have the cash
Dunno what to buy next

x box ripoff how ??
it has bluray some disks are 120Gb thats over 10x bigger than a dvd dual layer disk
there is the potential for amazing games maps way bigger than anything seen before
it also has a quicker read speed than dvd
faster gpu than any console
it is the best
but sony unfortunatly arnt
but they didnt make it they paid other people to make it them got rid of them
smart move

Here are some tips for u. hope u read them !!
Ps3: dont know so much about it but it seems to be another good machine from playstations makers..
Xbox 360 (my favourite cus i got xbox 1): its a good machine with many fun games like halo and got a big hdd there u can put many cracked games.
Wii: its just another "child" console with games made for kids younger then 15.. mostly. The controls are cool... so in diferens from xbox u get ur daily exercise with the nintendo wii cus u have to fu**ing jump and throw around with ur arms to do womething with the game =)
But still... im voting for xbox..

Depends what you grew up using.
Got a friend that started off with the master system - ps1 - ps2..probably ps3.
I grew up on Atari - mega drive - gamegear - saturn - dreamcast - x box...and hopefully after christmas...xbox 360 (I'm sure i'm missing a few there)
...anyway, 360 for me it is!
