The guys here at hhc.com run a nice place but the database always sems to be slightly out of date. Now I know it is quite a massive thing to maintain but I have a solution. Give a few choice moderators or trusted users access to the database to add infromation or correct and delete incorrect infromation. Plus if several users have access to it, they can verify each other by looking into whatever they (may it be arecord release or event and so on) and see if the original writer is correct. This will of course require some kind of access to the site so be prepared to make a slight change but it bothers me when I looking for a record by a certain artist and the last time their page was updated was almost a year ago! Thanks for your time.

The record DB is under maintance ATM, so nothing can be added. This has caused some new records to pile up, but as soon as its finished, ill continue adding. I am the record DB moderator, so all missing info and corrections to existing info should be sent to me (by PM or into this topic). At the moment i am the only one adding, but i also think there should be few more, and have some names in mind. But because its under maintance, theres no progress in that area.
Also there are 3 areas in the DB, Label, Release and Artist . If you search by e.g. Artist. The last update time shows when was the last time the Artist Profile was updated. This does not include the artists new releases. Basicly Artist profiles are updated only when i add links, pictures and stuff like that to the profile.

I see, ok then, just tell us when it becomes active again, i know alot of records that have come out particularly from Kniteforce and a few other labels that I would be willing to share my infromation on. :)
