is there any way of setting up a glitch on the site for when someone creates a topic that has been done time n time again, which then doesn't allow them to create it again???

He/she is new and would like to know what other people like, and posts a thread about that. Then people tell him there are already topics about that.
If he would search for an old topic and post to it, people would call him a topic-digger =/
I myself like Scott Brown and Brisk the most (and let's not forget DJ Myers  )

lol thanx for agreeing. i know im new but i just want to know where i stand against every one else.
i was kinda thinking that heaps of ppl before would have done the same thing as me. but hey, my profile isent even a week old and im just trying to fit it.
