Yep I've heard of it and seen a few tv programmes on it. It's also known as Parkour. They can do some pretty cool stuff.

I have started practiceing this art and I was wondering if anyone else did and they could tell me where they practice. I live in cali in the gold rish area and there are some good places to practice. I want to know some of the good spots from where you people live.

About where in Cali do u live?
I actually live in Southern Cali and know
quite a few people who also were into it
alot.
