I say, if hes irratating enough to be ignored, then hes iratating enough to be banned. I don't have any mayjor problems with dr0p_dead_fred, infact i kinda enjoy arguing with him.
But the last thing we should do is ignore him, because he is reading everyone posting "hes irratating, just ignore him" and knows that were deliberatly ignoring him. And that really, he is getting on everyones tits.
IMO iether ban him or look at the + side to his posts, that is if there is a + side.

Sorry guys, I was a little upset when I started this thread and wasnt thinking how I normaly would. Normaly I wouldn't let someone like him bother me. But fred has been told over and over again, countless times, then all he does is come back and piss everyone off all over again. All of his posts conisist of one sentence spam fests, and rarely have any true contribution to the topic.
But I do think somthing should be done. Since hes a troll he doesn't care, and if he doesn't why should we?
Ill keep on posting and doing what I can for this scene and the forum no matter the outcome, but if fred does absolutely nothing but create negative vibes... why would we want someone like him around?
If fred does change, then im all for keeping him around. Warnings are good n all but how many does one get?

i completley agree with you there. Indirectly he's managed to piss off almost all of the active users here. And i think that it would be better to get rid of him than the non-controversial people who in fact are nice people but because of trolls we see the worst in them ;)
on another note, I can agree with the idea that if he's irritating enough to be ignored then ban him. Thats basically ignoring him jsut easier for the members on the forum. that and if some new people come in and dont know we're ignoring this bloke they'll probally respond and unintentionally drag more people in.

dunno who that was adressed to but i dont think we can say whether or not he is the best or worst members. He definatley puts in alot, and if he did bring up this most controversy before i can't see why some one would want him back.

Katrinar, you said before you liked me for my posts and i hadn't really seen anything of yours to really be able to comment. But you've had some sound ideas and points there that i had over looked, nice one!!
Anyway praise aside, Whittle has also brought up a very good point, fred did return on the point of lots of people saying how much they enjoyed the Hixxy's cap topic. Ok now not everyone will have agreed with this, personally i don't think i ever even looked beyond the first three posts in that topic because it just looked like inane shite.
I think the easiest thing from here is to just put everything clear cut. I mean, now that fred's antics have reached a level that have now effected almost the entirety of the active community to this site, i think the time has come for fred's final warning.
By now he will know the boundaries of what is acceptable and not so with this in mind, give him this last chance. if he goes too far again ban him. If he doesn't, well, thats case closed.

I just had to point out how much thought JesterDJ consistantly puts into all he posts. He's never one to have pointless posts and has well earned his number of posts respectively. He gets us thinking too.

I could barely make it all the way through the thread. but fred has been banned previously, so has mole, so has oldskool, and a couple others i believe. If someone bugs you that much, just skip reading their post, hell i barely read half the forum anymore =D (just kidding guys =P)
