I was only using it as an example of the way that people used to talk in text speach, not really using it in a u.k. context. anyone can do pills, and anyone could be a chav i'd suppose. Just like, can a person from England play for the New York Yankees? or would in not make sense to them since they weren't brought up in u.s. culture.
