Ello everyone, well its just gone 6am here and im nackered from not sleeping all night (on purpose - wouldnt bloody get up otherwise!) and in 2 hours time i'm going to find out how pathetically I failed my GCSEs but it doesnt matter cause im getting into college anyway! Muhahah...
Just wondering if anyones getting theirs later, and well, post your grades!

I got my GCSE results about 9 years ago.  I got 5 that were C and above.

i was ment to get mine today but they aint bin posted 2 me yet, so dont no when i will get em. should be soon and i will post my results, dont think they will be any good though. lol

i got my 2 years ago, pathetic compared to what i was predicted (5 A*'s and 5 A's)

got my A-Levels last week, got 4.5, all D's including the AS
maybe my 52% attendance this year didn't help

He's probably talkin shit but some people who get expelled in the last year of there schooling get let back to take there exams but arent allowed to stay for further qualifications.
I got my exams bck in 2001 and did pretty gd, was standard grades i sat instead of gcse's (scotland instead of england) but i think it would translate to
1 A
4 B's
1 C
2 D's
 probably a lotta you got better but was a lot better than teachers etc thought i'd do at the time.
I had the same problem as you though 6 feet with not attending very much, in a way it done me well though as my attendance was so poor i had to repeat the last year of school. Really didnt want to go back a year at first but then got to like it and turned up pretty much everyday, also cos i'd already done half the work before think made my exams a bit easier.
Think you'd be surprised though how many people still leave school with no qualifications, my brother was threw out every school he ever went to and didnt have 1 standard grade or anythin when he left. He's then went to college and is now at uni studying a degree in artificial intelligence determined to get a 1'st  . Really proud of him jus goes to show never to late and he's by far the most hard working student i've ever met in my life.

Bow down to my mighty 3A*s, 5As and 3Bs mwuhahahahaha. Lol, that was last yr, got my AS' last week, one A and 3B's. Still have NO idea what I wanna do with my life tho!
