I get the same problem sometimes, just try to look at the positives of things rather than the negatives although it can be hard.

Everyones emotions change with the times and the people you surround yourself with. I always find I can cheer myself up with the things, people, music, and places I love. good friends, good music, it's all it takes to cheer me up. try it. :) Hope you feel better.

Let your emotions out in your music. I did a few tunes a few years ago when I was really down, tell you what, it really helps. You'll be suprised what you come up with :)
