alright all i need ur help. im trying 2 upload a new pic on my profile but it aint working. it says that the file is to big or summthin, but at the bottem it says that it will resize the image. wots goin on !!!

By reducing the size of it... that will be resizing

load it up in paint(you may have to rename the file as xxx.bmp)....select stretch/skew from one of the drop-down menu's and alter the horizontal/vertical perecntages while browsing the file in windows explorer to check when it is 100x100.
