going there saturday for my mates 18th, wondering where is decent, we're ending the night in syndicate but obviously need places to go to beforehand, can anyone help out if they have been there or even live their *cough*BONE*cough*

i aint never bin there but its ment 2 be good, but if ur looking 4 raves, bristol is the place 2 be. with clubs like lakota and castros.

Depends what sort of bars etc you want. Sanuk is pretty wikkid right now, but thats a club more than a bar, and if your paying Syndicate's prices you don't wanna be going htere as well lol
Haven't been into town in quite a while as I got cheesed off with the hen/stag night take over, but used to go mostly to Schofields, Tapas (but only coz we know the DJ), Littin Tree, Cahoots (glass dancefloor upstairs, and also the first place I heard one of my tunes being played WITHOUT me hassling the DJ lol). Yates' is, well.... Yates' if your into that sort of place. Rumours if you like scantily clad bar maids and loose women and Walkabout is pretty cool too if you can stand listening to everybody sing "livin' on a prayer".

I dont rate the syndicate to be honest, too soft for me lol. Heaven and hell is cheeper and the Hell part plays like harddance and... yes some hardcore! u wanna go somewhere before hand then NTKs and Cahoots are alryt. You might wanna check who's on in DNA they sometimes have good DJs in there, last friday they had DJ Sy... dont get much better then that eh :)

imo its best havin a few cans before u go out, go round all the pubs, then syndicate to warm up then to hell to rave till u run out of energy! quality night out

i know walkabout underloop, there is one in my city (lancaster) and for yates define what 'that sort of place' means and yeah we're going to syndicate, it is my mates 18th and he wants to go there so there we go
i very much doubt it will be even one star but as long as it has a bed i don't care, how far is that from syndicate aswell (address at the bottom)
we want to go to an assortment of like bars and clubs before syndicate, got his sister and a few of her mates going that have been before and know a few places but i'd like to know some aswell

Syndicate is roughly where the sign that says A583 is, and all the bars and that are basically between syndicate and the promenade (and a bit further north).
At a guess its about a 10-15min walk, but I'm not sure. I live down in St.Annes so I have to get a taxi and have never walked down that way. Your about half way between the pleasure beach and town, which is quite a handy position I guess
oh and "that sort of place" means for the Blackpool one full of hen/stag groups and no room to move and a pain to get to the bar.... sorry, the blackpool yates' is not one of my favourites lol.... sorry, I wasn't meaning to tar all Yates' with the same brush.... its just this one I don't like lol

thanks man and when i asked what you meant by your description of yate's it wasn't in a like threatening manner, i just didn't know what you meant
i have been to blackpool a fair few times on day trips on buses to pleasure beach and sandcastle, know where syndicate is but that is it really, just wanted to know some decent places to go, maybe might have to pay Rumour's a visit, loose women ahoy

Im a blackpool lad (mates with Glen) --- looks like you already know that
The tunes may not be that hard but the syndicate is totally the best club to go to, you'll still have a bangin night as long as your off yer tits. (RNB Downstairs, and Commercial upstairs - alot of the time they have special guest DJ's)
I aint ever been to Heaven n Hell coz apparently its dossy as - feet stickin to the shit on the floor n that, n altho i dont know for sure im told its pretty chavved up.
DNA sometimes has hardcore DJ's playin (last Friday they had Sy), but they dont focus on hardcore tunes, normally i think they play hardhouse n commercial.
Theres also Club OneEleven -- Glen knows more about this place than me... sometimes they do hardcore nights, dont know about normally, i think harddance??
If your not that bothered about the tunes and are just after the ladies, then it dont matter when u go bro... theyre everywhere! Jus scan all the lesser clubs, my night would generally go like:
Start in my local,
off to Walkabout,
off to NTK,
off to Cahoots (They have a glass dancefloor on the second floor, which is quite nice if there are sexual ladies dancin around in mini skirts )
off to Schofields,
off to anywhere else anyone wants to go,
off to the syndicate.
Hope ya have a good un anyway bud. I would come with ya but im away this weekend gutted
EDIT: Oh forgot about sanuk.... but youd wanna do that anyway, aload of RNB bollocks... which is abit guttin coz if it werent id go there all the time - my lasses cousin is the manager

Yeah its a good venue and thats it... Music is... well I wouldnt call it music :p Maybe if Uproad or HITD Held an event there it would be wicked, but until they do I stick to Heaven and Hell if i wanna go clubing :)

Oh yeah OneEleven, Zone is held there which has DJs and MCs, no one ultra famous, but for blackpool its still pretty good.

I heard a little rumour about Syndicate, but I'm not sure how much of it is rumour and how much of it is fact..... it concerns the large space behind the video wall in the dance arena, and what could be done with it...... and it sound mighty appealing to the readers of this forum (hows that for whetting your appetite lol)
