i think its a good thing that there sellin em in asda because ul get more people buying it! n hopefully in a few years hardcore will take over the likes of pop and rock in popularity!!!

Its impossible to overtake pop you can become part of pop but not overtake it.

That's true, Pop is just popular music, it's not a genre and any genre can be a part of it.

When I first saw this post I was like OMG how can we let this happen...BUT then I thought about it...and in a way it's a good thing, cos the more people that buy it the more money the producers/Djs get so they can carry on doing some quality tunes. Plus it was hard b4 trying 2 get my hands on some hardcore as I live in a little town and the only record stor (if u can call it that) we have here is Woolworths....But I still don't buy it from there lol as I now use online stores. Get it on the day it comes out 2 ur door, don't think u can beat that LOL........Maybe the more people that will buy it the more hardcore we will hear in club on our weekends and people will become less stereo-type with us.....

Interesting to listen to but i seriously cant relate. Here in the states NO ONE listens to hardcore, no ones even heard of it. So in a sense its still underground to us. That probably doesnt matter to most of you though. Theres only one place i can get bonkers cds and thats at virgin. I have to order all my vinyl online because all the record shops here carry shitty ass music. You should be happy you dont have to struggle to find hardcore tunes, and places to go to hear it and see people spin hardcore...cause here theres absolutley nothing of the sort.

I guess all the successful hardcor dj's that i know in America have the same problem as you. I for one have no problems buying my vinyl online, I know many hardcore Dj's and I may be one of the only hardcore dj's or hardcore lovers that could honestly say that I don't really give a shit where bonkers is sold, because i don't really care for it to begin with.
Hardcore is alot bigger here in America than you may think, just because it isn't banging down your door doesn't mean it isn't there. Yeah, it is underground and I like it that way, but as a DJ i want to make some money sooner or later.
Thats right, I said that I want to make money playing hardcore for other people. Now I'm mainstream.
I guess I've gone on a bit of a rant here, but it seems like some of you guys wouldn't be happy if you were hung with a brand new rope. I want hardcore to get big, like a parent wants to see their child grow.

Damn i like the way you think. I always thought that to be true for every type of music people want to keep "underground". doesnt make much sense if you ask me. Where exactly are you from if you dont mine me asking?
