but yea as you said, you didnt really work much on it.
it's just bass over the theme isn't it? well i hear you added own elements but the theme itself sounds like it was directly ripepd from A Link to the Past =P

It's the best thing you've done so far.
Far too long and therefore doesn't keep the interest, cut some bits out to shorten it,
and add something more of your own to stamp your character onto it.
(At least that's what I'd do to make proper re-mix of it)
Other than that the original sample sounds as if someone in the next room has the TV up too loud and is playing in the background of your tune.
Try fattening up the original with a different EQ.

the main theme is always best when it's slower, gives it more power than if it's to fast.
Your using the normal speed from ALttP, but imo it's better slower, maybe do a breakbeat track of it instead? =P

Youre joking right? The original is more than twice slower than it is now in my remix.
And like I said, Ionosphere, its for Zelda fans. And I dont think a Zelda fan, if he likes happy hardcore, think its too long. I personally would like it much longer!

hm, after i've heard it, i think the main reason it's a nono, is because the beats doesnt fit the themes, aswell as you have to many diff themes in it =P
but imo it's quiet good.
But the version DJ Epsilon (might have done) did, "The Legend of Hardcore"" is still a bit better, cause it's not fast
