Nothing dark about it?
can't ut feel the dark atmosphere in trax like "Threebond of Consent" and "the underground stream"? or the older stuff like "End of line" and "The Dark comes rising"?
How can u say there's nothing dark about it????
And industrial hardcore is waaaaaay different than darkcore. Industrial is usually less DARK and more to the raw side, some of it is even taking on a more industrial tekno side. Darkcore (generally speaking) also has a tendancy to be a bit slower than industrial in terms of bpm (not always, but mostly). It's hard to explain but just try comparing a track by ophidian (darkcore) to a track by Dj Daisy aka Mandragore (industrial), you'll see what I mean. The bpm is of less consequence really, it's the vibe it gives u, darkcore has a typical feel to it.

Darkcore isn't made to "tap your foot to", but I guess it's just not for everyone.
Personally I can't get that u would see the darkness in, for example, "Ode to the Dreamers" or "Deus Ex Machina" by Mindustries or "the Dark" & "Bells" by Enzyme X...
