Whose attempt at a hardcore compilation do you think was better?

My vote goes to the Clubland X-Treme Hardcore comp, beats Hardcore Nation hands down IMO...

I think Nukleuz's attempt wins - sure it's going to get trounced in sales by Clubland, but morally it wins due to actually having some variety on there (Clubland is a raverbaby trance-fest showcase after all) as well as some classics from back in the day.

not a big fan of either to be honest, i prefered clubland but hardcore nation took a chance at went out of the mold repeating very few songs from earlier albums and had some storming songs (whats up, injested with a posion)

'Come show me your hardcore feelings, With your raving feelings, Cos i don't know the way to groove, I've never learnt to dance this fast and i don't know the how to move....'

its a big rivalry....2 big dance labels battling it out to see who gets the best coverage of the hardcore scene to the masses....AATW will always win though, they got their loyal chav fans, while nukleuz have their loyal-but-unwilling to change trance/hard dance supporters and if hardcore is going to become more mainstream it will be through the chavs IMO.

i think the fact it was breeze and styles on clubland x-tream was a bit predictable although it was a good and fair play to clubland for putting it out but i think the simple fact that hardcore nation have used more diverse djs is gr8 and used different styles makes it a sure winner but they r both gr8 in there on kinda way

I think there has probably been too many albums out in the last few months with alot of matching tracks on.

Clubland x-treme
hardcore nation
hardcore heaven

if too many are released at once with the same stuff, people will get bored and the scene with go down again

^^ Those three albums have hardly any of the same tracks on, i don't think that any of the tracks on Clubland X-Treme Hardcore are on either of the other two
