i think it should be replayed a few times on your channel. maybe just once set always on a certain day of the week like thrusday replay.
would be great for those who miss it.

It's possible... but if you repeat a live show you get all these people who think the live show is on now (at the time of repeat) and start complaining that no one is giving them a shoutout...
As for the DVD... would love to do it but we would need a big license for it.

^^^ about 100-200 dollars per track advance and a royality rate on sales is standard.... plus the cost of making the CD.
it's all hardcore.
