posative: you can jion and upload straight away
negative: the mp3 is hosted in a zip file, some ppl may be iffy about download because the whole "unsure of virus" but most people have zip or winrar

posative: lots of tools, mp3 and RA hosting, rankings and such
negative: you have to prove your a good DJ, this is no good for people who just started Djing or people who make alot of muck ups
