Well, my all time fav is Hardcore Heaven - Vollume 3 out in 1997. This was the very first hardcore album that i got. I got a mixed tape off my brother. The Edge - Dougal & Vibes and i coulded stop playing it, It was that good. So i was watching TV, the music show before CD-UK (Chart Show i think) and in the TV Adds a seen a add vert for Hardcore Heaven Vollume 3 and the only reason why i got it becouse it says. Mixed by Dougal and so on. So i put one Sy's Mix first and that was somthing i cant forget. The first song Distant Love with the scraching got me in to the hardcore scene. How did you get in to the hardcore scene?

i don't have the Volumes 1-5, and so Hardcore Heaven Live @ the Sanctuary has to be my favourite.
and as for how i got into the scene, that has to be thanks to Sharkey and Hixxy :o)
old mixes from the both of them around 2000-2002 got me interested as i was 100% Trance back then... And then on holiday in 2003 i stumbled upon Bonkers 10, (knew nothing about Hardcore) saw the names "Sharkey" and "Hixxy" and thought WOW MUST BUY THIS!
...never looked back since

i would say vol 5 it was the first album i got and i treasure it.close contenders are 3 from 98 and 2 from the new series and the new one is ****ing brilliant its how they all shud be

mmm yeah 2 in the old was ok but vibes really let me down wasnt good at all infact cd1 wasnt good oh except mr knickers vol 1 one a my fave tunes eva paid 25 quid for the vinyl of that i hav it in a frame lol

volume 5 kicks my arse :D
loved the tracks on vibes' mix, that was also the first time i heard a scott brown mix..
loved vinylgroovers tracks - even if his mixing was...well...
