I think tis unlikely Kev Energy would be on HT3, DJs are exclusive to the Bonkers/Hardcore Heaven series for a given time after release.

Well, Kevin did do the last 2, I dont know why he can't do more.
I do agree that the Shark man would be a great addition.
But we should lose the "tsunami" in light of recent events.
