I was wondering if anyone had any new news on Sage's current status. I know alot of people had made orders around the same time as his accident, and out of respect for him and his privacy and time for recovery, many of us have left him alone. Some time back now he sent me an email to tell me about my order and that it would be here soon, but to no avail, it has not arrived. I know Comet and Apollo are friends with Sage, so I'm sure they may know whats going down, if you guys could maybe find out an update, as to maybe put some of us die-hard phusion customers at ease? Much respect goes to Sage, and we all hope for his recovery.

if i were in his position i'd send out the orders by which came in first (most likely thats what has been done). its a chance that if your's (like mine) haven't arriaved yet its because hes contacting distributers so he can complete your order. it could take a few more weeks to get everything back to normal as he is rebuilding the catalog and prolly still a little dopy on the pain killers. give him time, im sure he feels just as bad that he can't get everyone their orders immediatly.

oh without a doubt, i'll give him some time. i think he took the site down so he doens't get new orders and become overwhelmed.

I see Sage every week. He is revamping the store right now. C'mon people, he runs Phusion and Rave n Beats BY HIMSELF. Give him a break. If you want your money back, email him and I'm sure he'll cancel your order, no problem.
What you have to realise is that his shop is the only alternative for USA hardcore fans who don't want to pay 60 bucks for shipping through shop.HHC.com or IMO Records. It's a bitch. Sage offers free shipping.
Can't **** with that!

Last Tuesday, both him and I put about 17 orders together and ready to ship out. He was going to send them the next day but the apraiser came to apraise the store and he couldn't get out at all. He then couldn't leave on friday to put them out because the walk-in store was open and couldn't kick everyone out. Saturday I came to help him some more and he couldn't send them yet again because of the shop being open. Sunday the post office is closed. So I believe he sent them out Monday.
As for which ones will go out, there is no order we put them in. We just filled each order we saw on the paper. Almost all of the orders placed thusfar have been put together and shipped so there should be no delay. I'll be going there again soon to help him finish up.
The reason the website was suspended for the time being is because there was an error that needs to be fixed. It will soon all be in working order again soon.

Did you contact Sage about it? It's too late now, but..
A lot of online stores are insured for items which are lost in the post. I'm not sure if Phusion are, but you would have been better off to contact him about it, rather than just lose your vinyl.
You can't really blame the store for it... I've lost too many packages in the post to remember!

I ordered "So Light" from Phusion. It was shipped all the way to the uk and arrived 2 DAYS later!!! No complaints whatsoever with Phusion, I rate it very highly (its just a shame its the other side of the atlantic lol)

whoa man, un bunch your shorts. i never once made any demands in this post, nor did i question sage's ablilities. he seems like a good person, though i've never met him. he had an unfortunate accident, and we all feel for him in this period of his life. i don't want a refund anymore, i just wanted to know how he was doing, thats called compassion, and far be it from me to make that mistake again.
