The X fader on my mixer keeps crackling! Duz any1 know how to stop this, or help get rid of it or anything? Or am i gonna hav 2 buy a new X fader or get it fixed or summit?

You can buy a spray which you just spray directly into the gap in your fader. The crackiling's caused by dust on the contacts. The spray should get rid of it.

What about sound leekage? will the spray fix that?

you can fix some bleeding with sprays but in the long run you are going to have to either replace the fader or the mixer.

go to a professional sound store to look for the sprays. this is what I use and it works pretty well http://www.pssl.com/bitemdetail.tpl?eqint_KeyIDdata=17582&UID=2004093014291717&TType=[TType]

Cross faders wear out after about 50,000 passes or crosses, you need to replace it... I have gone through like 3 in 8 years.

heh, then you have dicks like me who go over to someone's house that buys a new mixer and plays with the crossfader 49,999...49,998...49,997 =P

A spray can make a difference to crackling. I just use ordinary electrical cleaner take the crossfader out spray it good then give it a blast with some air it really only works as a temporary solution but you can get another good few months out of it.
