Hi all,
I'v want to record a mix on the computer but having trouble finding any free software. I'm after something which can record the mix through the line in on the sound card, let me trim off the silences at the begginning and the end of the mix, and then save as MP3. Can any1 reccomend any (free) software?

thats what I use, it converts to high quality WAV, then you can convert it to whatver quality MP3 that you want through iTunes, Winamp, or whatever.

^^^im having problems with the playback...its very very muffled and quiet. is it supposed 2 b like this?
