Just wondering what everyone has been buying recently. Having no vinyl really I've purchased a load of vinyl in the last week or two since I got my decks. Here's the list: Kaos - Bad Ass, Scott Brown - Now Is The Time 2001, Scott Brown - Turn Up The Music, Sy & Demo - Devotion remixes, Technohead - I Wanna Be A Hippy, DHSS Grey, DHSS Green, Jimmy J & Cru-L-T - Remixes part 8 (la la song), DJ Slam - Till We Meet Again, Luna-C - Edge Of Madness EP, Luna-C - Piano Confusion, DJ Magical - Rush Hour (VG remix), Brisk & Trixxy - Euro Love, Robbie Long & Devastate - I Wanna Rock, UFO - Deep Inside, Triple J - Eternity, Kaos & Huxley - Electric Dreams, DNA - Hype The Stars, Euphony - Space Invader, Sy & Demo - Stay With Me, E-Logic & DNA - Kick Your Legs In The Air, Mashed Up 3 - Set Me Free (bass & breaks remix), Simon Apex & Dr. Smile - The Journey, and some freeform stuff from nuenergy, stompin choonz and romantek. Sorry for being such an anthem whore - the problem will correct itself in time heh. That's actually 5 different orders with 2/3 more to come. What's your last order look like?

I got a copy of Moonshine by Kaos from IMO, And from Juno I bought DNA's Gone Insane and Power fo Love 2001 by Q-Tex. I also pre-booked toytown at IMO (which I have yet to receive).

The rush hour track i got off ebay (31 pounds for christ sakes! I'm a die hard cheeser), the more recent stuff I got from SSU and phusion. The rare vinyl I got from this kick @ss record store i found called reflex records (dj rize: that's where i got the devotion remixes). I actually ordered 18 records from them but since their server had a virus their orders from like a whole month were backed up, the stock listing was way messed up, so I only got 9 cause the others were already taken. Still good though all at 6 pounds for rare friggin vinyl. I was keeping the link for myself to be a greedy bugger - vinyl hunting is an addictive game and when you score you gotta cash in! Like they had discoland on q-dup for 10 pounds, and i remember seeing it go on ebay for like 45 but it was already sold. Since their stock is jacked anyways here's the link if you wanna gasp on the deals they had going, though I'd wait a while to order cause the listings are far from accurate of what they have in stock. http://209.163.250.154//reflex-records/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Happy_Hardcore_26.html At this point I can pretty much find most of the vinyl I still want cause lots of it isn't that rare, but ones I'm still searching for that i might actually be able to find with out handing over a fortune (as opposed to something like lost generation or blue sky day) are DNA vs Energy - The Bastard, Ham, Demo & Justin Time - Here I Am (brisk remixes), Sy & Demo - Tears Run Cold, Metropolis - Is This Love / Liquid Nights, and Elevate - All I Need / Virtual Dreams. Just letting ppl know Raver Baby 3, UKDance Extreme 1 and Blatant Beats 27 are in at IMO, as well as a pretty healthy restock. -Lixx

Well I can't really show off my collection cos my most valuable tune is probably Daydream & Space Ace - You Are The One on Cen Core but of late I got Dream Surprise on Highborn, Test of Time on Rave N' Beats, Feels Like Heaven on Remix, Got To Go on NEP and Don't You Realise on NEP also.

I knew I was overpaying for rush hour but I'd never seen it around and it's quickly become one of my favorite songs so I had to splurge. Kick Your Legs In The Air is still available at www.subsonicstore.com (Simon Apex's store in Cali, he went to England recently and picked up some vinyl there). I got the luna-c recs from reflex records (link in my post above), I doubt I'll ever find deals like that anytime soon. I also forgot to mention I picked up Sharkey & Trixxy - Genesis, Trixxy - See The Stars / Therapy, Sub Ace & Aura - My Dreams, and Dougal & Eruption - Party Time remix from http://www.soundbytes.org.uk/FRAMES8.htm They mostly have stuff you'd see featured at bassquake but he had a couple good happycore records in their too. -Lixx

Rize! I'm sorry man, you gotta read my posts more carefully. Their page shows what they might've had in stock over the past month or two. When I put in my order of like 18 recs they only had 9 of them still which are coming to me (that include DHSS green and DHSS grey, and the devotion remixes, but the here i am remixes were gone already which is why I said I'm still looking for em). Unless they have multiple copies, which I pretty much doubt, you'll get an email from the guy saying they don't have em. The server virus affected orders from sept 1 to oct 23, which is why the stock page is so jacked (as in teasing everyone with records they don't have in anymore). Sorry though, I know exactly how you must've felt looking at that page (I felt the same when I found it two weeks back), but I warned you you'd friggin flip out at the deals they had posted. Virus, I don't know what the deal was with reflex back in the summer, but I've been talking with the owner over email for the past week and they are definitely getting their act together right now. His name is Steve Charles - [email protected] and he seems like a nice guy. Still though, after chopping my order in half due to comp screw ups, I'm still getting 9 records: the ones I listed before from Sy & Demo - Devotion remixes to Luna-C - Piano Confusion, and also a joining of the clans white label which i hope is fat derrick or atleast braveheart so I can sell it. Good luck hunting
-Lixx
Long PS: here's the email that he sent me explaining the situation :
We have recently experienced problems on one of our servers which seems to have been corrupted by a virus. To prevent the virus being circulated and to avoid any further damage caused to our system we have deleted a large section of our orders from our database. Thereforce, if you have placed an order between the dates of 1/9/01 to 23/10/01 the order may have been lost. Should you still require the goods please re-order and we will contact you regarding the availability. Please note that stock is sold on a daily basis and may now be unavailable. Reflex records would like to apologise to our new & regular customers for any inconvenience this may have cause and we hope you will return to us for future purchases.
Then he sent me this when I asked for an order confirmation:
Hi Alex
Many apologies for the problems with your order and with the length of time it's taken for me to answer your email. I think our system is just about up and running again now and we are gradually working our way through the back log of re-orders. All being well one of our guys will be sorting your order out first thing tomorrow when we re-open. Hopefully we should still have a good deal of the tracks you are after, but we are having to start on a full stock check as the virus messed up a lot of our files so we can't be exactly sure what we have in stock at the moment so I will apologise in advance for any tunes which have 'sold out' while we've being trying to sort out this problem.
Sorry again for the inconvenience
Kind Regards
Steve Charles

A virus can not infect a database unless the database was a word document or something.... I think they "lost" half their database...
