I've got a carl cox tape from "Fantasia -the big bang" in 94 and boy is it good. His mixing ability is second to none, and to hear it done with (old skool) hardcore is very pleasing to the ear. If anyone finds this tape I strongly advise you to get it at any cost - you won't be dissapointed!!
I heard that Carl Cox only gave up HHC due to the fact that he loved his mixing and promoters didn't want him to do 4 to 8 hr sets, and he wanted to. He didn't just want 45 mins to an hour. So now he's playing Techno......... Shame really I learn't alot of stuff from Coxy..........

carl cox chanche his stylke every year so you can expect always something improvements of him.
but sometimes i think he to much mainstream.

carl cox is great... i saw him at his Ultimate B.A.S.E night in london going back 2 years ago and he tore the place a new *******...
he is constantly changing his style... lately his tech house is unremarkable but back when he did his F.A.C.T mix he was on the ball!! :)
