Does anyone know of a simple (small) program that can record audio from my sound card. IE: If i'm listening to a radio stream I'll be able to record it.

I don't want to be downloading some huge program like CueBase just to be able to record sound from my soundcard. So anyone know of a program that is pretty small but will be able to record for a few hours or so?

MS Sound Recorder is fine, but only records for a minute and half, not enough for my needs!

If anyone can help I'll pleasure you with a sample of my first mix on my decks!

Why all the pressure to sum up my life, my religion, my whole world in one line?

If you wanted to record the radio streams, tere are programs that can do that for you (instead of messing about with huge WAV files) just google it...

As for in general, Cool Edit 2000 (or Cool Edit Pro 1.x) is very good along with Sound Forge and a whole bunch of freeware progs. (google that too)
