I grew up on rap...old skool stuff like Eazy-E, NWA, Public Enemy and the list goes on and on. These days tho I've very disappointed with what makes it to the charts. I haven't bought a rap album in years, and I rarely listen to it anymore, unless it's some underground artist nobody's heard of - those are usually the ones that are still being innovative with it. I mean c'mon, it's not hard at all to rhyme...to me it's more about the words you use BETWEEN your rhymes that makes it worth something.

I use to listen to Old skool ICP, KMK, Esham, Twiztid and others
after my whole life liking it, I stopped really bothering a few years ago, rap is boring, the come back rappers are boring, people under the stairs and j5 just remind me how bad rap was in the 80s :(

i only like rap cause of its bass. Some songs have some very nice bass and the lyrics goes along rly well with it but if i had to chose HHC goes first
