for sure i think the u.s. is gettin screwed over
although its mostly their government won't allow many shows
(cause of the whole zero drug tolerance and everyone
that goes ravin is on drugs theory, which is complete crap) 
maybe we should just come up with a dj exchange program
like the student exchange program.

yes you are. and if you can't shoot anything go back to woodstock, hippy.
There are several talented djs in the US, just not as many producers; they are coming out of the woodwork though.
There are several djs who get whites of new stuff and who play out fairly regulary.
Sure government plays a small part in not as many parties, but I think an even larger part of that can be due to shady promoters.
