i have numark ttx-1s and i was thinking of going for a 3 deck setup but i was thinking would it be better if i bought a cd deck i was thinking of getting numark cdx1s when they come out. because i could then use all those tunes that i only have on cd (for example system x - rushour) and i heard the numark cdx1s let you touch a vinyl anyway to control the cd so it would'nt be that much different

Get a cd deck. You can play your own tunes if you start producing and you can always burn tunes of vinyl to cd. Not the other way round

I'd never use CD's over turntables but as Mr Hoekzema said - it's worth having a CD deck to complement your decks.

I recently got a CDJ800 and it's farkin' great!
