sure, i mean the more weight you put on the more friction your creating, so yeah it will cause a bit more wear... but for scratching i dont find it really matters.. as ma scratch records are pretty much thrashed any way =P but yeah perhaps dont put full weight but for scratchin you will need a bit more...

...we were taught to believe, that everyone was created equal in the masterplan...
