Is there a plugin for Windows Media Player 9.0/10 version that adds the ability to play LAME freeformat MP3s such as 512kbps or 640kbps? Since there are no plugins that adds the ability to add ability to WMP9 to recognize metadata and album art for FLAC/WAV/AAC/M4A and WMA lossless causes some issues.

WMP uses codecs, so if codec packs such as CCCP or K-lite doesn't install a mp3 codec that supports higher bitrates, you wont be able to use WMP.

And using any non-standard formatting is also something I hate.
