Why not ask him yourself, in person, at Knite Club 3 at Scala, London on the 21st September 2024?

Well, considering it's a remix of Flip n Fill release released on All Around The World back in 2005, I'm pretty sure he was paid and wouldn't have any issues with it.
Edit: apparently the only thing he can complain about is the song sounding like his. unless he's uncredited on the original Intermission release, he doesnt have anything to do with the vocals.
