I know lyrics are from Coldcut - People Hold On ft. Lisa Stansfield. I've heard it in a couple of mixes from this DI.fm 2004-2005 era, but for the life of me I can't find this track anywhere.
Edit: Well, as luck would have it... after some searching here and few discogs clicks later, I found it!
